From an early age, Tory Kinson was fortunate to discover the transformative power of challenges.  Challenge is growth and growth enriches your life.  Tory tapped into his strengths and learned how to help others do this as well.  Over the next 30 years, his career has spanned over 40 countries, 3 languages, and 3 continents.  The one common factor in these is learning how to connect with people and help them realize what is keeping them from being the best version of themselves.

Tory’s success has created millions of dollars in additional revenue for the companies he has worked for and for their clients all over the world.  This is due to his deep understanding of the factors in their business model and environment and using the right criteria to remove obstacles and incorrect assumptions.

Tory earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Spanish at The Citadel and after 20 years in the corporate world, earned his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management where he also picked up Portuguese.  He has climbed the career ladder in multiple companies and reached the C-Suite where he applied his leadership development skills to lead teams and develop high-potential employees for their next big promotion.  He is excited to show you how you can do this too!
